What To Bring To The Eastern Canada College ID Camp

– Bedding (including sheets/blanket/pillow case) or sleeping bag (pillow case still required). Pillows are supplied by the Camp.
– Two towels
– Signed Medical Release Form
– Any required medication
– Your favourite snacks – there are no mini-fridges in the rooms (we will have snacks at the end of the night, however, you may want to bring snacks so you have some close by throughout the day)
– Pens/Pencils
– Toiletries/Overnight Bag – Including your own Shampoo/Conditioner
– Training Gear for five days (Teams will be responsible for their own laundry each day, however, the more shorts/socks which are brought then the smaller the laundry demands)

– Two Water bottles with your name clearly marked

– Shoes for artificial turf (these could be same shoes that players use on the grass)
