Transportation
SUNDAY AFTERNOON CHECK-IN / REGISTRATION
Check-in/Registration will be conducted in the Quad directly in front of the Marion Dining Hall (refer to Campus Map). In the event of inclement weather the registration will be moved into the Dining Hall. Players will sign in at registration and ensure they have submitted all required documentation. Once complete they will receive their welcome package which will have their name and room number clearly marked on the outside of the bag. Players and family will attend the dorm by following the map instructions in their binder and on the whiteboard. Upon arrival to the specific dorm they will be met by supervisors who will show them their room and the players will be required to go through their information and read over all the rules and instructions. Once complete the players will sign off on the information with the Supervisors who will have a list.

Traveling by Ferry
Players travelling by ferry must be on the 11:00 a.m. Tsawwassen ferry to Swartz Bay. Players will be met by an EPIC Representative and transported to Shawnigan Lake School. Check this box during registration if you require this option. FREE transportation will be provided for players between the ferry or airport and Shawnigan Lake School.
Traveling by Air
Players traveling alone by air. We would like you to arrive in Victoria between 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.. Players will be met by an EPIC Representative at the Victoria Airport Terminal and transported to Shawnigan Lake School. Check this box during registration if you require this option. ** FREE transportation will be provided for players between the ferry or airport and Shawnigan Lake School.
Arrival by Car
Players being dropped off at Shawnigan Lake School. We would ask that you arrive between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. so we are able to check you into your room prior to the buses arriving from the ferry terminal and the airport.
Departure (Friday)
Traveling by Ferry
Upon completion of the camp players will be transported back to Swartz bay for the 3:00 p.m. ferry to Tsawwassen. The players will be arriving at the Tsawwassen terminal at approximately 4:35 p.m.
Traveling by Air
Upon completion of the camp players will be transported back to the Victoria International Airport by 2:30 p.m.. Please book flights as close to this drop off as possible.
Departing by Car
Players can be picked up upon completion of their Friday morning games at Shawnigan Lake School. Once the final day schedule is posted Thursday parents can correspond to find exact time.
